Travel Workout

Free Travel Workout Generator

Tell it the room you’re in, the time you’ve got, and what you’re training for. It builds you a complete session in seconds, the same programming logic I use with coaching clients, for any setup from an empty hotel room to a full gym. No signup to try it.

What it does

Most “workout generators” just shuffle a list of exercises. This one programs an actual session. You answer five quick questions and it builds a warm-up, the main work, and a finisher, with the sets, reps, tempo, load, and rest spelled out for every movement, plus a short coaching note on how to do each one well.

You tell it five things:

  • Where you’re training: an empty room, bands, a suspension trainer, a basic hotel gym, or a full gym
  • How much time you have, from 15 to 60 minutes
  • Your focus: full body, upper, lower, push, or pull
  • Your experience: beginner, intermediate, or advanced
  • Your goal: build muscle, get leaner, maintain, or conditioning

It does the rest. In a few seconds you have a session built for exactly what’s in front of you.

What makes it different

This was built by a coach who actually trains this way, not assembled from a random exercise database. The logic underneath it is the same I use with paying clients.

  • It pairs exercises intelligently. When it supersets, it puts an upper-body move with a lower-body one so one recovers while the other works. It will not stack two competing movements and burn you out early.
  • It tells you why, not just what. Every movement comes with tempo, load, and rest, plus a cue, so you learn to build your own sessions over time instead of depending on the tool forever.
  • It helps you improvise. For moves that need a surface or an anchor, it tells you how to rig it from the furniture in the room.
  • It scales to you. The sets, reps, and exercise selection shift with your experience and your goal.
  • You can keep it. Save any session as a clean, branded PDF and take it with you.

How to use it

1

Tell it what you’re working with. Pick your environment, even if that environment is a hotel room with nothing in it.

2

Set your time, focus, experience, and goal. Be honest about the time you actually have, a real 20 minutes beats a fantasy 60.

3

Hit build. Read the session, follow the cues, and save the PDF so you have it on the road, with or without signal.

What setups it works with

The whole point is that it works with whatever you’ve got. Pick the one that matches your room:

Hotel room with nothing

pure bodyweight, using the bed, a chair, and a wall

Bodyweight only

no equipment, anywhere

Resistance bands

the most travel-friendly way to add real resistance

Suspension trainer

for anchored rows, presses, and core

Basic hotel gym

a few dumbbells and a machine or two

Full gym

when you get access to the real thing

If the room has nothing in it, it still builds you a session worth doing. That is the entire idea behind Built Anywhere.

Where this comes from

I’m Matt Toth. I’m a former personal trainer who never stopped training, and I’ve spent most of my career working out of hotels and short-term rentals. This tool is the shortcut version of what I actually do on the road, built on twenty years of training and years of coaching real people through real change.

Common questions

Yes. You can build as many sessions as you want for free, with no signup required to use it. If you want to save a session as a PDF to take with you, you enter your email and the download starts right away.

No. It works with whatever you have, including nothing at all. Choose “hotel room with nothing” and it builds a full bodyweight session using the bed, a chair, and a wall. If you do have bands, a suspension trainer, or a gym, it uses those instead.

Both. You set the goal, build muscle, get leaner, maintain, or conditioning, and the programming adjusts the sets, reps, and exercise selection to match. Muscle responds to effort and consistency, and the tool is built to give you real, progressive work even from a hotel room.

You choose, anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes. The tool fits the session to the time you actually have, so a short window still gets you a focused, worthwhile workout instead of a half-finished one.

Yes. Set your experience to beginner and it keeps the movements approachable and the cues clear. Every exercise comes with a short coaching note on how to do it well, so you are learning as you train.

Yes. Once you build a session you can download it as a clean, branded PDF and take it with you, which is useful when you are training somewhere with no signal.
