Coaching

Coaching built around the life you actually have.

Most coaching hands you a plan that assumes your week looks the same every week. Yours doesn’t. This is for people whose schedule moves: the executive living out of a carry-on, the consultant in a different city every week, the traveling nurse on rotating shifts, or anyone whose time is so tight that a rigid plan falls apart by Wednesday. We build a plan that bends without breaking, so the gaps never open up in the first place.

What this actually is

This is custom coaching, not a template with your name on it. We start from your real life: how often you travel, what your environments look like, what equipment you tend to have, how you eat when you’re out, where you keep falling off. Then I build training and nutrition that fits that, and we adjust it as your schedule changes, because it will.

Because it’s built around you, the exact shape of it depends on what you need. Someone navigating a new city every few days needs more from me than someone who travels now and then. So think of the list below as what coaching can include. We dial the level of support to your situation.

It also goes past sets and meals. Real, lasting change is as much mental as physical, the habits you keep, the identity you’re building, the way you talk yourself into or out of the work. I coach that side too, because it’s usually the part that decides whether the physical changes actually stick.

What it can include

Custom programming designed around your actual travel and work schedule, not an idealized one

Regular video calls to review progress and reset the plan, as often as your situation calls for

Check-ins by email or messaging so you’re never drifting for long

Pre-trip planning, so you walk into a trip already knowing how you’ll train and eat

Travel nutrition guidance for restaurants, airports, and hotel breakfasts

On-the-spot answers for real situations: which hotel gym to pick, what to order, how to salvage a wrecked day

Deeper nutrition and supplement work for the people who want it

The mental side too: the habits, mindset, and discipline that turn a good plan into a permanent change

Adjustments whenever your schedule shifts, without starting over

Who it’s for

This comes down to commitment more than experience. What matters is that you’re serious about becoming a better version of yourself and you’re in it for the long run, not a quick fix.

  • You’re serious about your training and your health, and you’re tired of travel undoing your progress
  • Your schedule is unpredictable and a rigid plan has never worked for you
  • You want a real relationship with a coach who answers, not an app that pings you
  • You’ll actually do the work when the plan fits your life
  • You see this as a better way of living, not a thirty-day fix you’ll abandon

Experience level matters less than you’d think. If you’re newer to training but serious about changing for good, you’re welcome here. We just build in more support and teach as we go, which is part of why this is high-touch work.

Who it’s not for

  • People looking for the cheapest coach they can find
  • Anyone who wants a quick fix instead of a system they can keep
  • People who need to be talked into it; this works best for those who have already decided to change

Investment

Because the coaching is built around you, so is the cost. We figure out what level of support actually makes sense for your life on the call, and the price follows from that. Someone in a different city every few days, making decisions in unfamiliar places constantly, is going to lean on me more than someone who travels here and there, and your investment reflects that. Coaching starts at $500 a month and goes up from there depending on how much you need.

I’ll be straight about why it sits where it does. This is high-touch work with a small roster, not a cheap plan you’ll forget you’re paying for. I keep the number of clients low on purpose so the people I work with actually get me, and the people who do this work tend to be the ones serious enough to follow through.

How it works

1

You apply below. It takes a few minutes and helps me understand your situation.

2

I’ll reach out to let you know if we’re a good fit, and we can walk through options together based on your life, your goals, and what level of support makes sense.

3

If we both want to move forward, we get started on your new journey. If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you straight and point you somewhere more useful to you.

It’s application-based because the coaching is custom and the roster is small. Let’s have the right conversation up front so we set everything up for your highest chance of success.

apply

Coaching starts at $500/month and scales up from there. Does that work for you?

I read every application personally and reply to coaching inquiries quickly, usually within a couple of business days.

Questions before you apply

No. Travel is where my work is sharpest, but the same approach fits anyone whose schedule won’t hold still. If a rigid plan has never survived your real week, this is built for you.

No. What matters more than experience is that you’re serious about changing for good. Beginners are welcome; we just build in more support and teach the fundamentals as we go, which is part of why the coaching is high-touch.

Training and nutrition are the core, but real change is as much mental as physical. The habits you keep, the identity you build, and how you handle the days that fall apart all decide whether the results last. I coach that side alongside the physical because the two are inseparable.

That’s the point. The plan is designed to flex around chaos instead of assuming it away. Unpredictable is the normal case here, not the exception.

Coaching is month to month. The work takes time to compound, so I’d ask you to commit to giving it a real run, but you’re not locked in. Real change, both internal and external, takes time to build discipline and break through plateaus.

A small number, on purpose, so each person gets real attention. When it’s full, applications go to a waitlist. If you’re serious about making real change, drop a line.
